IF THE RESULTS CANNOT BE RECEIVED AFTER THE APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE STEPS IN INDIVIDUAL HEATING METHODS;
THERE MAY BE A PROBLEM IN CLOSED EXPANSION OR CIRCULATION PUMP, PLEASE CONTACT THE DEVICE SERVICE.

  • If only one or a number of radiators have heating problems;

  • Did you check the heating status by closing the valves of all other radiators and leaving only those radiator or radiators open?
    (If the answer is “YES, PROBLEM CONTINUES”, proceed to the next question.)

  • Is the heating problem on some or all of the radiator surface?
    (If the answer is “YES the problem is on some part of the radiator”, go to the other question)

  • If your radiator connection type is cross or upside down (parallel) connection;

In these connection types, Guidance Chock mounting should not be done and this part should be removed in case of mounting.

If the connection type of your radiator is Compact (Concealed) or lower opposite end connection, it is necessary to use a steering chock as specified in the installation instructions. Improper installation of this mounting element or its non-installation at all will cause partial heating problems. For detailed information, please refer to the instructions in the assembly forms section of our website.

  • Despite continuing to follow the above instructions, if the problem persists?

Your radiator may be clogged. The reason for clogging may be contamination of the instalment during initial installation or subsequent filling of dirty water. This pollution can accumulate in one or more radiators and cause blockages. In these cases, cleaning with pressurized water is recommended. Never use chemicals during cleaning.

After cleaning, the opposite side should be visible when viewed from the upper and lower ends of the Cross and Parallel Connections.

In Lower Opposite End and Compact Connections, you cannot see the opposite side as there is a routing chock on the Hot Water Valve side. These connection forms need to be cleaned on both sides of the part that is not visible.
