WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Termorad Aluminum Radiators; In addition to heat transfer efficiency, long life, energy saving and easy installation advantages, it is offered with a 10-year sealing guarantee. Please pay attention to the following issues in order to get the best efficiency from Termorad Aluminum Radiators.
- Damage incurred during shipping is not covered by the warranty. (Damage that occurs during transportation is the responsibility of the customer, the product should be checked at the time of delivery and if there is damage should be recorded and sent to us.)
- Installation of aluminum radiators should be done by experts and experienced people. Faults during installation; cracks due to excessive linen winding, thread defects in the connection inlets and etc. damages is not covered by the warranty.
- Impact, putting load on the steady on-site radiator etc. damages is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage caused by freezing is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage due to the application of an unsuitable chemical in aluminum radiator installation for any reason is not covered by the warranty.
- Aluminum radiators should never be cleaned by using chemical substances. Damage due to chemical reaction or corrosion after such cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
** Use only pressurized mains water if you think it is necessary to clean the radiator.
- Termorad aluminum radiators are manufactured as a whole in the desired size and later operations such as cutting, size shortening and damages during these operations are not covered by the warranty.
- In order to use your Termorad Aluminum Panel Radiator for many years without any problems, we recommend you to install TKS-42 in your installation system.
